The Skoolbag app is a fantastic resource for communication. You can receive notifications of upcoming events that can be added to your calendar and the new eNewsletter is produced through Skoolbag and can be translated into many different languages. The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. There is also an option to download the SKBmulti-language app.

Seesaw gives families an immediate and personalized window into their child’s school day. Seesaw empowers students to independently document their learning with built-in creative tools. Students can upload their work for their families to see. The teacher must approve all items before they are sent. It is safe and secure introduction to 21st century learning.
Edmodo is a free and secure learning network for teachers, students, and schools. It provides a safe way for teachers and students to connect, share content, access homework, manage due dates, and receive class information.
Edmodo is accessible online and through any mobile device with Internet capabilities – including free apps for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android devices. Students can access their account from any mobile device or computer, Edmodo will not be used as a social network like Facebook or MySpace. This tool will be used strictly for educational purposes.
We use the SMS system for messaging families. This system is primarily used to communicate student absences and important reminders of upcoming events at the school. Families will recieve an SMS regarding their child being absent if they have not communicated to the school (by phone or SMS). Please include your child's name, the reason for the absence ( e.g. illness or family reasons) and room number.
